OKEECHOBEE — On Saturday, April 23, Okeechobee Sharpshooters 4-H Club held their annual Lake Okeechobee cleanup with Lake O Airboat Association (LOAA) at the Okee-Tantie Airboat Launch.
Boat captains were Vincent Hendrix, Mike Maguire, Rob Jones, Stephen Wright, Jamie Mellette and Joel Bass.
First, second and third place was based on the amount of trash and most unique items the kids collected.
First place winners were: Rocco Cohen, Malaki Valenciano and Aiden Watson.
Second place winners were: Blake McDonald, Avery Davis and Clayte Davis.
Third place winners were: JW Bass, Trinity Prescott and Reese Cohen.
