Independent News Media, Florida, has a new website, South Central Florida Life, with national and state news as well as local news from Okeechobee, Hendry, Glades, Palm Beach, Martin and Collier counties. This new website, at southcentralfloridalife.com, combines the websites of the Lake Okeechobee News, the Caloosa Belle, the Immokalee Bulletin and the newest addition, the Indiantown Independent. While the print editions are weekly, the website is updated daily.

In addition to local news pages devoted to Okeechobee, Clewiston, Belle Glade/Pahokee, LaBelle, Glades County, Immokalee and Indiantown, the new website offers a variety of stories from The Associated Press.

Go online to southcentralfloridalife.com to sign up for the free e-newsletter, which will bring the headlines from South Central Florida to your email inbox six days a week.

Those who had already signed up for email newsletters to the Lake Okeechobee News, the Caloosa Belle and the Immokalee Bulletin will automatically be transitioned to the South Central Florida Life newsletter.
