Survey work is being conducted on Cowboy Way

LABELLE — Hendry County’s consultant, H.L. Bennett & Associates Inc., began conducting survey work, on March 4, on Cowboy Way from S.R. 80 eastward to Bridge Street in LaBelle. Flagmen will be present to direct traffic. The speed limit will be reduced through the project area. Motorists should expect lane closures and possible delays throughout the duration of the road work operations and allow extra time for their commute.

Motorists and pedestrians should use extra caution when traveling through the work zone.

The survey work is expected to have a completion time of approximately seven business days. Survey work operations will began on Thursday, March 3 and will end on Friday, March 12. Hours will vary.

Please note that this schedule is tentative and subject to change. The Hendry County Engineering Department will notify of any changes.
