NAPLES — The Immokalee Foundation will host their inaugural CEO Leadership Summit Monday, April 18 at Grey Oaks Country Club. The summit will feature a panel of presidents, CEOs and founders representing industries including healthcare, architecture, law, construction, hospitality and more.

The networking event will serve as a unique opportunity for graduating seniors from The Immokalee Foundation to interact with business leaders in the community and develop a greater understanding of the business world and the opportunities available. Additionally, $75 general admission tickets are available for members of the public to attend the event, which includes a networking hour with the CEOs and executives as well as the highly motivated Immokalee Foundation students. The event will conclude with an informative speaker panel.

The CEO Leadership Summit will be emceed by WINK News’ Corey Lazar and feature Ryan D. Carter, President of Scotlynn USA Division; David Corban, President of David Corban Architects, PLLC; Scott Lowe, Market CEO of Physicians Regional Healthcare System; Gail Markham, Founder of Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Co., P.A. and 2011 Woman of the Year; Brain Rist, Chairman of Rist Family Foundation and former CEO of the Smart Companies; Michael Wynn, President of Sunshine Ace Hardware and Chairman of Wynn Family Companies; and Sandra Stilwell Youngquist, CEO of Stilwell Enterprises and Restaurant Group and 2006 Woman of the Year.

“Congratulations to The Immokalee Foundation for the launch of its first-ever CEO Leadership Summit,” said Scott Lowe, Market CEO of Physicians Regional Healthcare System. “The Foundation’s students represent the future of Collier County’s economy — as consumers and, more importantly, as business and healthcare professionals. Their success will greatly impact the health of our community, in more ways than one. I am honored to be on the list of speakers for this very important event.”

“We created this annual CEO Leadership Summit as a way to celebrate the dedication and hard work of our graduating seniors at The Immokalee Foundation by providing unique access to our inspiring CEOs as they share their professional journeys with our students,” said Marie Rubenstein, Vice President of Philanthropy at The Immokalee Foundation. “The insight and advice from the panel will be invaluable to our students as they move onto this next chapter of their lives. The event also provides a great opportunity for our community to network and meet some of the top executives and most ambitious young people in Southwest Florida.”

“No matter where you were born and what you have, there is opportunity for anyone who has the desire to lead and make a difference,” said Ryan D. Carter, President of Scotlynn USA Division. “I know this CEO Leadership Summit will provide the education and motivation that will help push some of these developing leaders to take the next step towards achieving their dreams.”

“Education is the key that unlocks an individual’s full potential. In turn, our community’s future success and potential are directly tied to the investments we make in our students’ education. They are the foundation for our economic prosperity and quality of life,” added Michael Wynn, President of Sunshine Ace Hardware and Chairman of Wynn Family Companies.

The CEO Leadership Summit will be held at Grey Oaks Country Club on Monday, April 18. The event includes a networking hour with The Immokalee Foundation students and Business Leaders of the Southwest Florida community from 4-5 p.m. and a speaker panel with the CEOs starting at 5 p.m. Tickets for the general public are $75 and can be purchased at ImmokaleeFoundation.org/CEOSummit/. Sponsorship opportunities for the event are also available.
