OKEECHOBEE – The Okeechobee County Board of Commissioners approved the final plat for two subdivisions at their March 24 meeting.
Hampton Acres will consist of six lots approximately one-half acre each. Five of the lots are on N.E. Eighth Street and the other lot is on N.E. Sixth Court.
Sawgrass Estates includes 12 lots, ranging in size from 1.25 acres to 2.5 acres. The property is located on the east side of Northeast 48th Avenue, north of State Road 70.
