OKEECHOBEE — The Chamber of Commerce Leadership Okeechobee 2022 class completed their class project which enhanced the front of the Visitors Center that houses the Chamber of Commerce and the Tourist Development Council. One of the unique features of this recently installed welcome sign is the QR code that allows for visitors and residents alike to scan with their mobile devices and be linked directly to the website sharing events and things to do in Okeechobee County. Copies of this QR code can be picked up at the Visitor’s center and the public library.
