Youth enjoy Pahokee Day

Posted

WEST PALM BEACH -- The third annual Pahokee day on Clematis Street took place on Christmas Eve and what a successful day it was! Underprivileged children from across Palm Beach County but mainly Pahokee and Belle Glade had the opportunity to receive free food, ice cream, and snacks as well as games, bounce houses, rock climbing, face painting in addition to receiving a free gift for Christmas!

Congratulations to the JFK Drumline and their prize of $2,000 for new drum equipment to help give children more opportunities to participate and perform!

A big thank you to our partner, business owner,  Rodney Mayo for hosting this event and for loving on our kids.
