BELLE GLADE — On March 12, 2024, Palm Beach State College (PBSC) partnered with cutting-edge tools manufacturer Snap-on to showcase its solutions for the sugar industry, the Lake Okeechobee area’s main crop. The event was a resounding success as representatives from major agriculture companies, community members, staff, faculty, and students explored the tools and business solutions from Snap-on and its many subsidiary companies.

PBSC has a partnership with US Sugar to offer classes in the ISTA program. Prof Maxwell’s students are also in the photo, along with PBSC Program Director Andrew Barrett and Michael Bair, administrative assistant for Trade and Industry CCP programs on the Belle Glade campus.
