PALM BEACH COUNTY -- The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.

• Gary Boyd, 43, of Belle Glade, was arrested June 14 by PBSO and charged with sexual predator violation - failure to report name or residence change. Bond was set at $100,000.

• Samuel Tarver, 37, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Belle Glade, was arrested June 14 by PBSO and charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Jacqueline Dixon, 33, of N.W. Third St., Belle Glade, was arrested June 14 by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Rey Garcia, 25, of N.E. 29th St., Belle Glade, was arrested June 14 by PBSO and charged with trespassing - property armed. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Keith Grant, 32, of S.W. Seventh St., Belle Glade, was arrested June 15 by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Hamilton Lawson, 50, of Covenant Drive, Belle Glade, was arrested June 18 by PBSO and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Glendon Morgan, 22, of Amelia Circle, Belle Glade, was arrested June 20 by PBSO and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a delinquent adult. Bond has not been set.

• Barbie Jones, 54, of Martin Luther King Boulevard., Belle Glade, was arrested June 20 by PBSO and charged with driving revocation third violation. Bond was set at $3,000.

• David Medarno, 27, of Bacom Point, Pahokee, was arrested June 15 by PBSO and charged with trespassing - property armed. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Curtis Davis, 35, of Padgett Circle, Pahokee, was arrested June 16 by PBSO and charged with driving while license suspended habitual offender. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Antonio Walker, 28, of Golden Place, Pahokee, was arrested June 16 by PBSO and charged with carrying concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm, two counts of possession of weapon or ammo by convicted felon, possession of control substance without prescription. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Xavier Lennard, 27, of Aplegren Court, Pahokee, was arrested June 16 by PBSO and charged with domestic battery by strangulation, obstructing justice - tampering, battery by touch or strike. Bond has not been set.

• Nukeese Richardson, of East Second Street, Pahokee, was arrested June 18 by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession, driving while license suspended habitual offender, and possession of a controlled substance without prescription. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Xavier Polk, 26, of Gregory Way, Pahokee, was arrested June 20 by Riviera Beach Police Department and charged with marijuana possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver. Bond has not been set.
