CLEWISTON -- The City of Clewiston City Commission is seeking nominations for the annual Outstanding Community Service Award to honor an individual who has made a sustained commitment to volunteer service.
If you wish to nominate someone in the Clewiston area who deserves recognition, complete the nomination form and return to Kathy Combass at City Hall, 115 West Ventura Ave., Clewiston, FL 33440 or call 863-983-1484. ext. 105.
Nomination forms are available at City Hall and on the City’s web site. The City Commissioners will recognize the honoree at the Clewiston Chamber of Commerce’s annual dinner on Dec. 5, 2023. Nominations must be received by Nov. 17, 2023.
