Due to flooding, avoid driving on Somerset Drive in Port LaBelle

Use extra caution if you are traveling in the area

LABELLE – Hendry County is working closely with the Port LaBelle Community Development District (PLCDD) and City of LaBelle to expedite relief of flooding on Somerset Drive in Port LaBelle.

The flooding is a result of recent heavy rains in the area.

Somerset Drive should be avoided, if possible. If travel through the area is necessary, drivers are urged to use extra caution.

Residents with questions are asked to please call the Hendry County Engineering Department at 863-675-5222.
