LABELLE -- On Oct. 18, Hendry County Sheriff S. Whidden had the opportunity to swear in five new members joining the Hendry County Sheriff's Office.
Deputy Elijah Atkinson graduated from the Southwest Florida Public Service Academy, Class 170; graduating Thursday, Oct. 12. Atkinson will be assigned to the Road Patrol Division.
Deputy Brandon Dibernardino was a part of Class 170 at the Southwest Florida Public Service Academy, graduating on Oct. 12. He earned the Top Gun Award. Dibernardino will be assigned to the Road Patrol Division.
Deputy Kyle Busbin graduated from the Southwest Florida Public Service Academy, Class 170; graduating Thursday, Oct. 12. Busbin will be assigned to the Road Patrol Division.
Deputy Joshua Crawford graduated from the Southwest Florida Public Service Academy, Class 170; graduating Thursday, Oct. 12. Crawford will be assigned to the Road Patrol Division.
Deputy Karina Negron is a graduate from the Miami Dade Police Academy, graduating in October 2020. Negron will be assigned to the Road Patrol Division
