The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from March 8 through March 14.

• Santiago Garcia Martinez, 55, LaBelle, was arrested on March 8 by Sgt. L. Hernandez on charges of assault with intent to commit felony, assault on LEO, resist officer with violence and misdemeanor contempt of court warrant.

• Joseph Albritton, 31, Okeechobee, was arrested on March 9 by Deputy M. Afonso on a felony – violation of probation and misdemeanor - contempt of court warrants.

• Brandon Pedroza, 20, LaBelle, was arrested on March 9 by Deputy Coronilla on charges of felony - marijuana possession.

• Isaac Harper, 20, Clewiston, was arrested on March 9 by Deputy S. George on charges of armed trespassing.

• Barry McVay, 35, LaBelle, was arrested on March 10 by Deputy R. Colon on charges of DUI and refusal to submit to DUI test.

• Delia Rivera, 34, Orlando, was arrested on March 10 by Deputy J. Miller on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of drug equipment and knowingly driving while license suspended.

• David Germany, 30, Clewiston, was arrested on March 10 by HCSO Narcotics Unit on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription.

• Jason Huggard, 35, Michigan, was arrested on March 10 by Cpl. V. Lopez on a felony out of county warrant for narcotics.

• Marvin Nixon, 62, Clewiston, was arrested on March 10 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of drug equipment.

• Janarae Billie, 41, Okeechobee, was arrested on March 11 by Deputy G. Hull on charges of felony – violation of probation.

• Darryl Bartley, 36, Palmdale, was arrested on March 11 by Deputy G. Hull for felony violation of probation.

• Pheonix Pattison Hall, 26, Clewiston, was arrested on March 11 by Deputy G. Hull for felony failure to appear.

• Jose Moreno, 30, LaBelle, was arrested on March 11 by Cpl. V. Lopez on charges of felony – violation of probation.

• Yaneth Trejo, 34, LaBelle was arrested on March 11 by Deputy A. Champagne on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Latanja Smith, 59, Clewiston, was arrested on March 12 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence, possession of methamphetamine, resists officer without violence and an outstanding warrant for contempt of court.

• Joe Donaldson, 59, Clewiston, was arrested on March 12 by Sgt. L. Hernandez on charges of felony VOP and felony failure to appear.

• Maricela Rivera, 35, Clewiston, was arrested on March 13 by Cpl. Z. Scelfo on charges of DUI.

• Jenny McClendon, 55, Clewiston, was arrested on March 11 by Depputy M. Afonso on charges of felony violation of probation.

• Dustin Shupe, 39, LaBelle, was arrested on March 13 by Deputy M. Afonso on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug equipment and criminal mischief.

• Rene Cruz, 33, Clewiston, was arrested on March 13 by Cpl. C. Geraci on charges of DUI and felony violation of probation.

• Luis Sanchez, 23, LaBelle, was arrested on March 13 by Cpl. C. Geraci on charges of DUI.
