The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from July 25 to July 31.
• Jeffrey Scheffler, 61, of LaBelle, was arrested July 25 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with burglary, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and larceny.
• Marlene Puente, 42, of Clewiston, was arrested July 25 by Deputy Rosado and charged with probation violation.
• Yandriel Garcia Gonzalez, 46, of Clewiston, was arrested July 25 by Deputy Barrientos and charged with being an out of state fugitive.
• Ryan Ghansaram, 18, of Port St. Lucie, was arrested July 25 by Deputy Williams and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sale, possession of drug equipment and carrying concealed weapon unlicensed.
• Jeffrey Scheffler, 61, of LaBelle, was arrested July 25 by Deputy Rosado and charged with probation violation.
• Shelly Stahl, 58, of LaBelle, was arrested July 28 by Deputy Earl and charged with larceny.
• Shella McQuaig, 32, of LaBelle, was arrested July 28 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with failure to appear.
• Carlos Bermudez Jr., 43, at large, was arrested July 28 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence.
• Edward Ward, 36, at large, was arrested July 29 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with burglary.
• Gina Napier, 45, of LaBelle, was arrested July 29 by Deputy Coronilla and charged with burglary.
• Rogelio Sanchez, 32, of Clewiston, was arrested July 31 by Deputy Barrientos and charged with aggravated battery.
