Hendry County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), March 27 through April 2.

• Ethan Taylor, 32, of LaBelle, was arrested March 27 by Sgt. G. Hull and charged with of vehicle theft.

• Robert Hoopes, 37, of Clewiston, was arrested March 27 by Cpl. L. Drews and charged with aggravated battery on person 65 years of age or older and resisting officer without violence.

• Heather Brown, 39, of LaBelle, was arrested March 27 by Cpl. L. Drew and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Minerva Nall, 56, of Clewiston, was arrested March 28 by Deputy L. Rodriguez and charged with felony battery, second or subsequent offense.

• Scott Daniel Levins, 33, of Clewiston, was arrested March 29 by deputy O. Gonzalez and charged with possession of controlled substance without a prescription.

• Roxanne Indelicato, 44, of Boynton Beach, was arrested March 29 by Deputy S. Rivera and charged with felony probation violation.

• Najeh Turner, 22,  of Belle Glade, was arrested March 29 by Sgt. G. Hull and charged with felony probation violation.

• Eileen Diaz, 36, at large, was arrested March 29 by Deputy J. Castro and charged with felony probation violation.

• Shellie Jackson, 32, of South Bay, was arrested March 29 by Deputy J. Castro and charged with felony probation violation.

• Marcelino Hernandez Mena, 57, Miami Gardens, was arrested March 30 by Deputy D. Coronilla and charged with violation of felony probation.

• Francisca Crespo, 44, of Moore Haven, was arrested March 30 by Deputy J. Goldberg and charged with driving while license suspended – habitual offender.

• Tedaryl McKinnon, 49, of Clewiston, was arrested March 31 by Sgt. G. Hull and charged with sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a place of worship or business and use of two-way communications device to facilitate a felony.

• Frank Melchor, 32, of Clewiston, was arrested March 31 by Deputy H. Carranza and charged with felony probation violation.

• Billy Smith, Jr., 57, of LaBelle, was arrested March 31 by Deputy T. Williams and charged with three felony outstanding warrants for sale of cocaine within a specified area, and use of two way communications device to facilitate a felony.

• George Brown, 56, of LaBelle, was arrested March 31 by Deputy T. Williams and charged with two counts of sale of cocaine, one count of use of two-way communication device to facilitate a felony, and one count of alter or destroy evidence.

• Lotharrio Perkins, 51, of Clewiston, was arrested March 31 by Deputy O. Gonzalez and charged with possession of controlled substance without a prescription,
and driving while license suspended with knowledge.

• Ismael Mendez Lopez, 27, of Immokalee, was arrested April 1 by Deputy J. Escobedo and charged with felony failure to appear.
