The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), June through June 12.

• A 16-year-old female, pf Tampa, was arrested June 6 by Deputy L. Rodriguez and charged with theft of motor vehicle, obstruction without violence, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, operating a motor vehicle without a license and felony out of county warrant.

• Johnny Ford, 58, Clewiston, was arrested June 6 by Deputy S. Ramirez-Garcia and charged with a felony probation violation.

• Martin Ramirez, 37, LaBelle, was arrested June 6 by Deputy J. Keith and charged with motor vehicle theft, robbery by sudden snatching and battery.

• Jameshia Harvey, 25, Clewiston, was arrested June 6 by Deputy J. Escobedo and charged with a felony probation violation.

• Ja’Van Willingham, 34, Clewiston, was arrested June 6 by Deputy L. Rodriguez and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession of drug equipment – to transport drugs.

• Curtis Moore, 63, Clewiston, was arrested June 7 by Deputy Ramirez Garcia and charged with a felony battery.

• John Douglas, 56, Moore Haven, was arrested June 7 by Cpl. C. Earl and charged with felony probation violation charges.

• Antonio Bannister, 21, Pahokee, was arrested June 7 by Deputy D. Givans and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior under the age of 16.

• Rona Henderson, 49, Clewiston, was arrested June 7 by Cpl. S. Rivera and charged with fraud – obtaining property less than 50k and fraud – use personal ID.

• Tracy Pemberton, 29, Homestead, was arrested June 7 by Deputy J. Escobedo and charged with four counts of felony probation violation.

• David Poole, 61, LaBelle, was arrested June 7 by Sgt. L. Hernandez and charged with aggravated assault on Ofc/Firefighter/EMS.

• Martin Ramirez, 37, LaBelle, was arrested June 8 by Deputy J. Keith and charged with battery, robbery by snatching and theft of a motor vehicle.

• Deiondre Clennon, 27, Ft. Myers, was arrested June 9 by Deputy J. Goldberg and charged with felony probation violation, possession of paraphernalia to transport drugs and possession of harmful new legend drug without prescription.

• Jonathan Sanchez, 34, LaBelle, was arrested June 9 by Det. Sgt. R. Krasinskas and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior on victim less than 12 yrs of age.

• JeoVanny Montes De Oca, 28, Clewiston, was arrested June 10 by Sgt. D. McNeil and charged with grand theft.

• Pedro Hernandez, 39, LaBelle, was arrested June 10 by Sgt. L. Hernandez and charged with DUI and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

• Marvin Mejia, 33, Clewiston, was arrested June 11 by Cpl. L. Drew and charged with possession of cocaine.
