The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Aug. 14 through Aug. 19.

• Bruce Martens, 65, Live Oak, was arrested Aug. 14, by Cpl. M. Afonso and charged with two counts of sexual battery - victim under the age of 12.

• Sandra Wright, 37, Tallahassee, was arrested Aug. 15 by Deputy J. Goldbery and charged with possession of controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug equipment and driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Dominic Nealy, 32, LaBelle was arrested Aug. 16 by Deputy D. Givans and charged with felony probation violation.

• Jerome Tobias, 40, Moore Haven, was arrested Aug. 17 by Deputy A. Bell and charged with DUI and possession of synthetic cannabinoid.

• Gabriel Andres, 18, LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 17, by Deputy N, Aguirre and charged with felony probation violation.

• Sergio Alejandre, 36, Moore Haven, was arrested Aug. 18 by Deputy G. Willis and charged with possession of ammunition by Florida convicted felony.

• Joshua Walls, 23, North Ft. Myers, was arrested Aug. 19 by Sgt. D. McNeil and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of controlled substance without prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia use to transport drugs.
