The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Aug. 21 through Aug. 27.

• Cristal Rosas, 26, Ft Myers, was arrested Aug. 21 by Sgt. L. Hernandez on charges of possession of methamphetamine, trafficking in methamphetamine and abuse to a disabled adult.

• Billy French, 29, LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 21 by Cpl. C Earl on three counts of felony probation violation and felony failure to appear.

• Timothy Jackson, 31, Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 21 by Deputy A. Bell on felony failure to appear.

• Angela Lopez, 27, Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 23 by Deputy D. Coronilla on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment.

• Justin Reaves, 42, LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 23 by Deputy J. Goldbert on charges of DUI

• Matthew Dickey, 15, LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 23 by Deputy E. Vasquez on charges of intimidation/written threat to commit bodily injury.

• Colton Bex, 15, LaBelle, was arrested Aug. 23 by Deputy E. Vasquez on charges of intimidation/written threat to commit bodily injury

• Kimberly Year, Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 25 by Deputy G. Willis on an outstanding warrant for grand theft.

• Leviticus Buster, 19, Clewiston, was arrested Aug. 24, by Cpl. M. Afonso on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Christopher Weedman, 35, LaBelle, was arrested om Aug. 25 by Cpl. C. Earl on charges of driving while license suspended or revoke, smuggling contraband into a jail facility, trafficking fentanyl, and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver.

• Juan Leiva, 48, Spring Lakes, Fla., was arrested Aug. 25 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Carlos Gonzalez, 86, Clewiston, was arrested on Aug. 25 by Deputy A. Bell on charges of aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill and firing missile into a dwelling.
