The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Oct. 29 through Nov. 12.

• Jorge Rodriguez, 59, LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 31 by Deputy H. Ramirez-Garcia and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and hit and run.

• Edgar Barrios, 36, LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 1 by Sgt. L. Hernandez and charged with felony probation violation.

• Derrick Jackson, Jr., 27, Clewiston, was arrested Nov. 1 by Deputy D. Givans and charged with felony probation violation.

• Ronald Westberry, 52, Clewiston, was arrested Nov. 3 by Cpl. L. Rodriguez and charged with possession of controlled substance without a prescription and misdemeanor probation violation.

• David Ortiz-Gonzalez, 55, Moore Haven, was arrested Nov. 3 by Cpl. V. Lopez and charged with felony probation violation.

• Cody Weaver, 32, LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 3 by Cpl. V. Lopez and charged with felony probation violation, intimidation/threat with serious harm to LEO and misuse of 911.

• Jerome Nicholls, 44, Clewiston, was arrested Nov. 3 by Cpl. J. Goldberg and charged with driving while license revoked – 3rd or subsequent violation and felony probation violation.

• Michel Arechavaleta, 44, West Palm Beach, was arrested Nov. 4 by Deputy D. Coronilla and charged with armed trespass.

• Terrence Saint-Lott, 30, Clewiston, was arrested Nov. 6 by Sgt. L. Hernandez and charged with felony probation violation.

• Daniel Kellogg, 38, Clewiston, was arrested Nov. 7 by Deputy O. Gonzalez and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid drivers license, possession of marijuana – not more than 20 grams and possession of firearm by Florida convicted felon.

• Prince Lavonna’Chek Ray, 26, LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 7 by Deputy G. Willis and charged with felony probation violation.

• Edgar Barrios, 36, LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 7 by Deputy G. Willis and charged with felony probation violation.

• Gerald Dixon, Jr., 40, Clewiston, was arrested Nov. 9 by Deputy Gonzalez and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked – 3rd or subsequent violation, reckless driver, obstruction without violation, felony possession of cocaine and hit and run.

• Gawendy Lubin, 19, Lehigh Acres, was arrested Nov. 9 by Detective C. Geraci and charged with two counts of altered instrument.

• Bru’nesha Bruce, 29, Belle Glade, was arrested Nov. 10 by Deputy D. Coronilla and charged with DUI.
