Hendry County Arrest Report for Oct. 10 to Oct. 16

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Oct. 10 to Oct. 16.

• Ian Christopher Baunach, 43, of LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 10 by Detective Bustamante and charged with homicide, cremate dead body prior to 48 hour after death, fail to report death to medical examiner, destroying evidence and use 2 way communication device to facilitate felony.

• Andy Alarcon, 33, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 10 by Deputy Gonzalez and charged with probation violation.

• Paula Ferrer, 39, of LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 10 by Deputy Ramirez Garcia and charged with out of county warrant and failure to appear.

• Joshua Picard, 32, of LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 11 by Deputy Frazier and charged with larceny and burglary.

• Adam Fernandez, 26, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 11 by Deputy Rodriquez and charged with failure to appear.

• Juan Cortez, 36, of LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 12 by Det. Morgan and charged with moving traffic violation.

• Brady Lemar, 28, of Grovertown, IN, was arrested Oct. 12 by Deputy Afonso and charged with two counts of probation violation.

• Fred Schnorrbush, Jr., 38, at large, was arrested Oct. 12 by Cpl. Lopez and charged with probation violation.

• Ramiro Quintana, 29, of Immokalee, was arrested Oct. 12 by Deputy Castro and charged with battery – touch or strike and two counts of felony battery.

• Antonio Cornelio, 33, of LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 13 by Deputy Castro and charged with DUI and moving traffic violation.

• Anthony L Pass, Sr., 60, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 14 by Sgt. Hester and charged with two counts of probation violation.

• Maite Siberio, 52, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 14 by Deputy Gonzalez and charged with fraud, larceny – grand theft and larceny – petit theft.

• Racheal Haines, 32, of Ft. Myers, was arrested Oct. 14 by Deputy Givans and charged with probation violation.

• Natalie Simmons, 24, of LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 14 by Cpl. Lopez and charged with three counts of dealing/traffic stolen property and fraud-swindle.

• Brandon Henry, 34, at large, was arrested Oct. 15 by Deputy Ramirez Garcia and charged with trespassing, selling methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of public housing and selling methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of worship and or business.

• Raven Osceola, 29, of Ochopee, was arrested Oct. 15 by Deputy Rodriguez and charged with child neglect.

• Jairo Garcia Cruz, 26, of Cape Coral, was arrested Oct. 16 by Sgt. Scelfo and charged with DUI.

• Erik Castillo, 25, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 16 by Cpl. Movalli-Vary and charged with driving while license suspended habitual offender.

• Tangameka Bowles, 36, of Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 16 by Deputy Driggs and charged with possession of marijuana, open container and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
