CLEWISTON — Hendry Regional Medical Center (HRMC) is thrilled to announce the newest addition to our healthcare team, Emily Paige White, MMS, PA-C. With a deep commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive care, Paige joins the Dr. James D. Forbes Family Care Center to further enhance our mission of serving the community with exceptional medical services.

A true Floridian at heart, Emily Paige White is an eighth generation native who grew up in the close-knit community of Fort Meade, Fla. She brings a strong sense of local connection and a profound understanding of the unique health needs of our region.

Paige’s journey in medicine began with a BSA in biology from Florida Gulf Coast University, and her unwavering dedication to the field led her to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant at Nova Southeastern University. Her diverse background includes invaluable experience working with blood disorders at an oncology and hematology clinic, where she honed her expertise in handling a wide range of medical conditions.

“I’ve always had a passion for medicine, and my goal is to provide each patient with the highest level of care. Family medicine is particularly close to my heart because it allows me to treat a variety of ailments and build lasting relationships with my patients,” Paige shared.

Paige is not alone in her commitment to healthcare at HRMC. Her husband, Elliott K. White, PA, is a vital member of the General Surgery team. The couple is eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child this fall, and they look forward to embracing their roles as parents.

As Paige steps into her role at the Dr. James D. Forbes Family Care Center, she emphasizes her dedication to building strong patient relationships and guiding them through their entire health journey. “I want my patients to feel they can trust me, that they’re truly heard, and that they are valued as individuals, not just another medical case,” she noted.
