BELLE GLADE — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office responded to single care crash at approximately 8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 1. A 2013 Chevrolet Malibu operated by Noe Margarito Jr., 33, of Belle Glade was traveling eastbound on Muck City Road at the intersection with Conners Highway. The car drove through the stop sign at the intersection and crossed the intersection. The car drove through the guardrail on the eastside of Conners Highway and into the adjacent canal.
It was reported Margarito and 22-year-old passenger Jazmin Gomez, of Clewiston, were pronounced dead at Lakeside Medical Center.
