OKEECHOBEE — The Big O Teen Anglers held their eighth tournament of the 2021 year out of Okee-Tantie on Sept. 25. This month’s tournament included 19 anglers catching a total of 33 Bass at a combined weight of 80.84 pounds.
The largest bass caught was by Mason Davis weighing 6.60 pounds. Way to go Mason!
This month’s standings were as follows:
9-12 Age Group:
• First place went to Caden Ellerbee with 9.69 pounds and Big Fish weighing 4.39 pounds.
• Second place went to Kaleb Davis with 7.12 pounds.
• Third place went to Lathan Stokes with 5.75 pounds.
13-19 Age Group:
• First place went to Mason Davis with 16.86 pounds and Big Fish weighing 6.60 pounds.
• Second place went to Tanner Seabolt with 9.25 pounds.
• Third place went to Ragyn Mohney with 8.76 pounds.
Every month the anglers have boat captains who volunteer their Saturday morning to the youth anglers. Big O Teen Anglers t extends thanks: Terry Seabolt, Jim Newell, Adam Crum, Justin Whiddon, Scott Steinmetz, Josh Clay, Raul Martinez, Billy Ellerbee and David Mohney.
