David Allen Chapman passed away unexpectedly on March 16, 2023 in Moore Haven, Florida. He was born April 19, 1947 in Ft. Myers, Florida to E.E. Chapman and Mary (Smith) Chapman. A resident of Moore Haven for 30 years, he was a Mason and Shriner. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and cooking. David was loved by so many and will be greatly missed. David was preceded in death by his parents, E.E. Chapman and Mary Smith; grandson; Dustin Chapman. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Kay Chapman; daughters, Lisa Chapman Fulton (Sheldon), of Dahlonega, Georgia and Calinda Chapman Green (Edwin), of Moore Haven, Florida; four grandchildren, Scott Fulton (Keri), David Fulton (Tiffany), Ashley Chapman and Lacy Green; ten great grandchildren, Scotty Fulton, Hatton Chapman, MaKenna Fulton, Skylar Fulton, Kannon Fulton, Henlee Chapman, Korbyn Fulton, Slayton Fulton, Stetson Fulton, and Willow Green; and sister, Betty Bridges, of Moore Haven, Florida. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Camp David located at 1400 Bass-O-Farm Rd. Moore Haven, FL.
