The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), Glades County Sheriff's Office (GCSO) or Seminole Police Department (SPD).

• Fabio Bonilla, 38, Okeechobee, was arrested Sept. 23 by GCSO and charged with hit and run and a felony traffic violation. Bond has not been set.
• Nicholas Cardenas, 43, Moore Haven, was arrested Sept. 23 by GCSO and charged with aggravated battery, battery, aggravated assault and kidnap. Bond has not been set.
• Sarah Hastings, 37, was arrested Sept. 21 by GCSO and charged with child neglect. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Timothy Hastings, 39, was arrested Sept. 21 by GCSO and charged with child neglect. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Reynaldo Garza Marin, 38, LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 23 by GCSO and charged with DUI and fleeing or eluding. Bond has not been set.
