The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by Florida Highway Patrol FHP, Glades County Sheriff's Office GCSO or Seminole Police Department SPD.

• Pherian Baker, 19, Okeechobee, was arrested Oct. 4 by GCSO and charged with resisting arrest and fleeing law enforcement. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Eduardo Nunez, 28, was arrested Oct. 6 by SPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Yordan Panaleon, 33, Tampa, was arrested Oct. 6 by GCSO and charged with six counts larceny and six counts fraud. Bond was set at $36,000.
• Amber Simmons, 25, Moore Haven, was arrested Oct. 6 by SPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Kelton Smedley, 26, Okeechobee, was arrested Oct. 6 by SPD and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Chester Williams, 65, Okeechobee, was arrested Oct. 5 by GCSO and charged with failure to appear and felony violation of probation. He is being held without bond.
