Glades County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by Florida Highway Patrol FHP, Glades County Sheriff's Office GCSO or Seminole Police Department SPD.

• Courtney Billie-Cypress, 31, Okeechobee, was arrested Dec. 18 by GCSO and charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of heroin, driving on a suspended license/second offense, failure to register motor vehicle, failure to obey law enforcement order to stop and attaching a license plate not assigned to the vehicle. She is being held without bond.
• John Peter Davito, 62, Okeechobee, was arrested Dec. 21 by GCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $750.
