Volunteers plant trees at Franklin Lock

Ninety volunteers from the neighborhood,local schools and colleges, along with the support of 17 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers rangers and staff, reforested a large grass field with native plants Sept. 24 at the W.P. Franklin Lock Recreation Area on the Caloosahatchee River.
