• Appointment only – all ages

Daily, Monday-Friday – 9:00am-3:00pm

Symptomatic testing only. Please call the DOH-Collier screening line at (239) 252-6220.

• Appointment only, drive-thru testing – all ages Thursdays – 9:00am-3:00pm

No referral needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to provide their name, contact phone number, address, date of birth.

Testing at DOH-Collier Immokalee site: 419 North First Street, Immokalee, FL 34142.

• Appointment only – all ages

Daily, Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm

Symptomatic testing only. Please call the DOH-Collier screening line at (239) 252-6220.

• Walk-up testing – all ages

Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 9:00am-5:00pm Sunday – 12:00pm-6:00pm

No referral needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to provide their name, contact phone number, address, date of birth.

Lightning, heavy rain, or gusty winds can slow operations or shut down the site.

Testing at Fellowship Church: 1411 Lake Trafford Road, Immokalee, FL 34142.

• Walk-up testing – all ages
Tuesday, Thursday – 3:00pm-7:00pm

No referral needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to provide their name, contact phone number, address, date of birth.

Testing at Golden Gate Community Center: 4701 Golden Gate Pkwy., Naples, 34116.

• Walk-up testing – all ages Fridays – 9:00am-1:00pm

No referral needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to provide their name, contact phone number, address, date of birth.

Testing at Nichols Community Health Center: 12655 Collier Blvd., Naples, 34116.

• Drive-thru testing – all ages. Saturday, July 11, 2020 & July 18, 2020 – 9:00am-1:00pm

No referral needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to provide their name, contact phone number, address, date of birth.

Through a partnership the Department of Emergency Management, Florida National Guard, Florida Department of Health, Lee County, and Collier County offers drive-thru testing at Century Link Sports Complex.

Testing at Century Link Sports Complex: 14100 Ben C. Pratt/Six Mile Cypress Pkwy, Fort Myers, FL 33916.

• Drive-thru testing – 18 years and over Monday-Sunday – 9:00am-5:00pm

Last car to be admitted through the gate is 3:00pm or when testing capacity reaches its limit.

No referral is needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to show a valid ID for everyone being tested.

Results for all testing sites take approximately 7 days. You will receive information at the testing site regarding how to access your results.

Testing is also available through primary care physicians and urgent care facilities. Please call ahead prior to going to the office.
