COLLIER COUNTY - Per Florida state law, registered sex offenders are required to live at least a minimum distance of 1,000 feet away from a school. Sex Predator: Ernide Kindelan

Date of birth: Dec. 20, 1971

Description: 5 feet 7 inches tall, 174 pounds, black hair and brown eyes

Current address: 11265 Tamiami Trail East #40, Naples

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has notified the Collier County Sheriff’s Office that registered sexual predator Ernide Kindelan currently resides at 11265 Tamiami Trail East #40 in Naples.

Kindelan is designated as a sexual predator pursuant to Section F.S.S. 775.21. His qualifying offense is sex battery/coerce by threat, F.S.S. 794.011(4)(b).

Positive identification cannot be established unless a fingerprint comparison is made.
