Patricia of Sevierille, TN, age 77, died on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at the home of her beloved niece and caregiver, Sabrinia Harrell, who she loved like a daughter. She was of the Baptist Faith and her hobbies included traveling and playing bingo. Patricia retired from the U.S. Postal in August 2003 after 30 years of service. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Larry and only son, Charles “Chuck” Loveday; parents, Troy and Bonnie Byrd; brothers, Robert Byrd, Harold “Pete” Byrd, Jimmy Byrd, and Alvin Byrd; sisters, Carolyn Graves, Judy Eubanks, and Johnnie Kiker; step granddaughter Christy Wells. She is survived by her sisters, Terry Hare (Roger) and Renee Hazellief (Joe), both of Okeechobee, FL; stepdaughters Tammy Pruitt (Jody), Rhonda Harris, and Sondra Porter (Terri); three great granddaughters and one great grandson; Patricia loved being “Gigi” to Ella Parker, Luke, and Landon Coppage; nieces and nephews: Sabrina Harrell (Dwayne), Dale Byrd (Melinda), Hope Paraiso (JP), Stacia Kent (Steven), Randy Byrd , Gerri Knowles, Charity Woolverton (Robert), and Jeri Dee Hughey; and a host of great-nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M. Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Atchley Funeral Home, Seymour with service to follow at 3:00 P.M. officiated by Rev. Charles Ogle. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 P.M. Monday, March 11, 2024 at Swann’s Chapel Cemetery for graveside service. Arrangements by Atchley Funeral Home, Seymour.
