Treasure Coast Hospice named in Fortune’s Top 15 Best Workplaces in Aging Services

STUART — Treasure Coast Hospice announced on Nov. 13 that it has been recognized in Fortune’s Top 15 Best Workplaces in Aging Services: At-Home Care for 2023. The only Florida-based employer to be named in the Top 15 for aging services at-home care, Treasure Coast Hospice ranked #13 nationally. To determine the list, Fortune partnered with global people analytics firm Great Place to Work to analyze survey feedback representing more than 168,000 U.S. employees.

“Treasure Coast Hospice is honored to be included in this distinguished list, which reflects our ongoing commitment to support our staff and nurture a culture of caring,” said CEO Jackie Kendrick, CHPCA. “Our team takes pride in creating a dynamic, collaborative environment where patients and families can receive the highest quality care. This honor is a testament to our team and their dedication to our mission and those we serve.”

To produce the Best Workplaces in Aging Services, Fortune partners with the people analytics firm Great Place to Work®. Using their proprietary Trust Index™ survey, Great Place to Work measures the core of what they know creates great workplaces — key behaviors that drive trust in management, connection with colleagues, and loyalty to the company. The survey enables employees to share confidential quantitative and qualitative feedback about their organization’s culture by responding to 60 statements on a five-point scale and answering two open-ended questions.

List rankings are based on this employee feedback, which is analyzed to determine the extent to which this experience is shared by the full workforce. Great Place to Work measures the differences in survey responses across demographic groups and roles within each organization to assess both the quality and consistency of the employee experience. Statements are weighted according to their relevance in describing the most important aspects of an equitable workplace.

Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner Activated Insights have honored Treasure Coast Hospice with certification as a Great Place to Work for the past four years.
