OKEECHOBEE — On Monday, Jan. 23, fifth grade students at Central Elementary School started a new unit in Science. Students got to explore different tools that might could be used to separate a mixture and how it would be helpful. They had to identify several different mysterious substances as well as seperating a mixture based on physical properties using the proper tools.
