IMMOKALEE — Are you an Immokalee resident planning to seek court services at the main Collier County Courthouse in Naples? Instead of wasting time and money commuting to East Naples, you should know that many services are available online at or through the Clerk’s satellite office at the Immokalee Courthouse.

To improve access for all of Collier County’s residents, the Collier County Clerk’s Office has eight satellite offices located in key areas throughout the county. One of these satellite offices is the Immokalee Courthouse located at 106 South First Street, Immokalee, FL. It is open to residents from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM.

Court services available in the Immokalee Courthouse include processing payments for traffic and criminal fines, issuing marriage licenses, accepting passport applications, filing a notice of commencements, processing domestic violence injunctions, and more. Dedicated, bi-lingual staff from the Clerk’s office are present to provide instructions to successfully complete the forms and guide you through the court processes.

The Clerk’s website at offers access to forms and services such as traffic forms, civil procedure forms and instructions, civil small claims, criminal forms, landlord/tenant forms, family law forms, foreclosures, etc. Our staff has developed detailed instructions to help you complete forms. However, if you need assistance, our professional team is available by telephone or through the satellite offices.
