BELLE GLADE — FINFROCK, a design-builder and manufacturer that recently expanded operations into South Florida, is set to begin fulfilling its goal of bringing more than 200 jobs to South Florida’s Belle Glade region. On Thursday, Dec. 9, the family-owned and industry-leading company for structured parking will meet with prospective employees interested in available positions including carpenter, concrete rigger, concrete material control, quality control manager, overhead crane operator, heavy equipment operator and more.

The event will take place at CareerSource Palm Beach County, West Career Center, 1085 South Main Street in Belle Glade, Florida from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The 76-year-old family-owned company fosters lifelong careers where employees are encouraged to learn and grow.

“We are moving full-speed ahead at our new Belle Glade manufacturing plant and will soon be ready to pour our first precast building components there,” said CEO Allen Finfrock. “We are excited to meet and hire new talent in the area who are interested in being a part of our award-wining FINFROCK team.”

To register for the event, visit or call or email Maria Torres at 561-340-1060, ext. 2117,

In early 2021, FINFROCK broke ground on the 140,000-sq.-ft. Belle Glade manufacturing facility, which sits on the site of the former Glades Correctional Institution. The company’s expansion into Palm Beach County will bring much needed jobs to the area and more than $242 million in economic stimulus.
