Naples — The 2020-2021 school year is fast approaching. Collier County students will start school on Wednesday, August 12, 2020.
The Florida Department of Health in Collier County (DOH-Collier) encourages parents and caregivers to check the immunization status and school requirements for their children, and to make an appointment to visit your local health department or private healthcare provider as soon as possible.
Reminder - All students entering 7th grade must have a Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis) booster vaccine prior to the first day of school.
Free immunizations for children birth through 18 years of age are available at the following DOH-Collier locations:
• Naples: Building H, 3339 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, 34112
By appointment only; masks required for adults and children over age 2. Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
• Immokalee: 419 North First Street, Immokalee, 34142
By appointment only; masks required for adults and children over age 2. Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Parents are asked to bring their child’s vaccine record when they come for immunizations.
