CLEWISTON — The Department of Health in Hendry County (Clewiston) will accept appointments for
the COVID-19 Vaccination for Friday, Jan. 8, 2021.
The Health Department will be following the Governor’s Executive Order 20-315.
COVID-19 vaccine shall only be given to the following populations (Must have proper ID):
• Long-term care facility residents and staff;

Health Department to check-in for the appointment. Call the location directly at the number listed below
to make your appointment.
Additional dates and times will be announced when more vaccines and vaccinators become available.
