OKEECHOBEE — Okeechobee County Health Department Health Educator Karyna Villalpando provided a program to the Kiwanis Club of Okeechobee on improving health by better nutrition and moderate exercise. She also provided the members with equipment to exercise at home. Karyna is available to provide this program at no cost to any groups.
