LMS students learn about moths and adaptation

Posted

LABELLE — On April 11, LaBelle Middle School students dove into the world of natural selection with a fun and interactive lab. After learning about peppered moths and adaptation, they got hands-on with their own camouflage. Each student had a moth stencil they would draw on to camouflage and hid it around the classroom. A “predator” (played by a guest teacher) then tried to find them. More photos can be seen on West Glades School Facebook page.
