Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Jose Hernandez Franco, 65, Northwest Fifth Street, was arrested June 10 by OCPD and charged with premeditated attempted murder and criminal conspiracy. Bond to be set by judge.
• Bradley Beddome, 37, Northwest 399^th Street, was arrested June 12 by OCSO and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500.
• Youvani Beltran, 16, Southeast 38^th Terrace, was arrested June 13 by OCSO and charged with battery on a person 65 years old or older, hindering communication with law enforcement, battery on law enforcement and resisting arrest with violence. She was transferred to the Department of Juvenile Justice.
• Erin Millheiser, 37, Southeast 28^th Street, was arrested June 13 by OCPD and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,250.
• Esmerelda Rivera-Acevedo, 63, Northwest 42^nd Avenue, was arrested June 13 by OCSO and charged with fleeing law enforcement with lights and siren active and DUI. Bond was set at $4,000.
• Joanne Krebs, 73, Northeast Fifth Avenue, was arrested June 13 by OCPD and charged with DUI with property damage and refusing to submit to a DUI test. Bond was set at $7,500.
• Timothy Henderson, 49, Southeast 68^th Avenue, was arrested June 12 by OCSO and charged with aggravated assault on a person 65 years old or older, false imprisonment and elderly abuse. Bond was set at $70,000.
• Shawn Riggle, 59, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested June 14 by OCSO and charged with failure to register or provide information. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Telitha Edinger, 33, South Parrott Avenue, was arrested June 14 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
• Lavoski Jackson, 44, Northwest 10^th Street, was arrested June 15 by OCSO and charged with trafficking in cocaine, driving on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $105,500.
• Richard Lunsford, 64, Northeast 207^th Street, was arrested June 15 by OCSO and charged with battery on law enforcement and battery. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Lavonda McBride, 40, Northeast 13^th Avenue, was arrested June 15 by OCSO and charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance and one count trafficking in cocaine. Bond was set at $110,000.
• Alexis Resendiz, 17, Northwest 39^th Circle, was arrested June 15 by OCSO and charged with fleeing law enforcement while lights and siren are activated. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Michelle Resmondo, 54, Avon Park, was arrested June 15 by OCSO and charged with grand theft and forgery. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Rene Hampton, 53, Northeast Fourth Avenue, was arrested June 16 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $6,250.
• Thomes Lee, 42, Tenn., was arrested June 16 by OCSO and charged with four counts contempt of court on felony charges. He is being held without bond
• Paula Pellissier, 56, Northwest 12^th Terrace, was arrested June 16 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,500.
• Calob Ritter, 33, Va., was arrested June 17 by OCSO and charged with DUI, driving without a license and expired tag. Bond was set at $700.
• Wilnesha Evans, 30, West Palm, was arrested June 17 by OCSO and charged with battery, four counts battery on law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer with violence. Bond was set at $1,250.
• Shell Reed Jr., 22, Lorida, was arrested June 17 by OCPD and charged with possession of cocaine and grand theft. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Sidney Gore, 56, Northwest 144^th Trail, was arrested June 18 by OCPD and charged with habitually driving without a license. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Shane Slocum, 36, Knotts Landing, was arrested June 18 by OCPD and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and robbery with a weapon. Bond was set at $5,500.
