The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF)..

• Maria Dusen, 51, Northeast 13^th Avenue, was arrested Jan. 17 and Jan. 29 by OCSO on charges of possession of MDMA, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and violation of probation. She is being held without bond.
• Eliborio Bucio, 26, Northeast 37^th Street, was arrested Jan. 29 by OCSO Sgt. D. Rogers for violation of probation. The violation was based on a DUI charge. He is being held without bond.
• Willnesha Evans, 30, Northeast 19^th Terrace, was arrested Jan. 29 by OCSO Deputy Jennifer Fairtrace. Her pre-trial release was revoked after she was charged with battery. The original charges were four counts battery on a firefighter or law enforcement office and disorderly contact. She is being held without bond.
• Omar Johnson, 21, Jacksonville, was arrested Jan. 29 by OCSO Sgt. D. Rogers for violation of probation. On Jan. 20, he was charged with battery/detainee on detainee.
• Raul Delgado, 39, Northwest 34^th Avenue, was arrested Jan. 29 by OCSO Deputy D. Abdelquader and charged with violation of probation. He was charged with DUI and possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Jaymarion Lawton, 20, Northeast 11^th Street, was arrested Jan. 20 by OCSO Deputy T. Porter and charged with aggravated battery/detainee on detainee. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Antone St. Germain was arrested Jan. 31 by OCSO on a bench warrant for contempt of court. He is being held without bond.
• Jose Torres Sanchez was arrested Jan. 31 by OCSO Deputy A. Medina and charged with driving on a suspended license/seventh offense. Bond was set at $1,000.
