Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Robert Watson, 25, Northwest 40th Drive, was arrested March 16 by OCSO Deputy Alejandra Rodriguez-Russelburg and charged with DUI, resisting arrest, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,750.
  • Geneva Guyton, 61, Northeast 14th Avenue, was arrested March 20 by OCSO Deputy Albara Arana and charged with battery on nursing staff. Bond was set at $7,500.
  • David Bormuth was arrested March 20 and charged with child abuse and battery.
  • Delilah Carrillo was arrested March 24 by Martin County Sheriff’s Office and charged with possession of marijuana more than 20 grams.
  • Shawn Hendrix, 51, Riviera Beach, was arrested March 21 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell and resisting an officer. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Christopher Delvalle, 38, Southwest 24th Avenue, was arrested March 21 by OCSO Deputy Albara Arana and charged with possession of fentanyl and possession of paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,650.
  • Angela West, 47, Northwest 86th Court, was arrested March 22 by OCPD and charged with grand theft and petit theft. Bond was set at $4,000.
  • Daniel Roman Alcantar, 30, Northwest 46th Avenue, was arrested March 25 by OCSO Deputy Robert Gonzalez and charged with battery and hindering contact with law enforcement. Bond was set at $4,000.
  • Tiffany Schiessl, 30, Southeast 27th Street, was arrested March 25 by OCSO Deputy Gage Greseth and charged with criminal mischief and burglary. Bond was set at $6,000.
