Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Eddie Neal III, 27, Northeast 16th Avenue, was arrested April 1 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $1,250.

• Sheren Romain Springer, 44, Kissimmee, was arrested March 29 by OCSO Deputy Devon Satallante and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman, aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony and battery. Bond was set at $72,000.

• Quanisha Ferrol, 24, Northeast 11th Street, was arrested March 29 by OCSO Deputy Devon Satallante and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Tyger Sparks was arrested March 30 and charged with child abuse and affray.

• Lance Harris was arrested March 30 and charged with sale of a controlled substance, three counts possession with intent to sell and possession of dryg paraphernalia.

• Shiann Dennis was arrested March 30 and charged with sale of a controlled substance, three counts possession with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Choi Chan was arrested March 30 and charged with sale of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Gah Wong was arrested March 30 and charged with sale of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Danielle Harding was arrested March 30 and charged with trespassing, resisting an officer and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

• Leonzo Paz, 64, Northeast Sixth Avenue, was arrested March 30 by OCSO Deputy R. Mendez and charged with aggravated assault• with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $25,000.

• Thomas Tillman, 74, Southeast 80th Boulevard, was arrested March 29 by OCSO Deputy Anthony Hull and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $25,000.

• Harvey Barr Jr., 25, was arrested April 1 by OCSO Deputy Peterpaul and charged with carjacking without a firearm, abuse of the elderly or disabled, aggravated fleeing causing injuring or damage, willful or wanton reckless driving, driving without a license and resisting an officer. Bond was set at $605,000.

• Craig Morgan was arrested April 4 by ONTF and charged with producing methamphetamines, two counts possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and operating a vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $20,500.

• Amanda Davis, 41, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested April 3 by OCPD Officer Ted Van Deman and charged with grand theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $6,250.

• Richard Parish, 43, U.S. 98 North, was arrested March 4 by ONTF and charged with producing methamphetamine and permitting an unauthorized person to drive. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Juan Nadiv Rivera was arrested April 4 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery. No further information has been released.

• Phyllis Davis was arrested April 4 and charged with child abuse and resisting an officer with violence.

• Cody LaGrange, 35, Northwest Sixth Street, was arrested April 5 by ONTF and charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine and possession of Alprazolam. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Candice Nesby, 37, Northeast 30th Avenue, was arrested April 6 by OCSO Deputy Anthony Hull and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $25,000.

• Charles Suarez, 36, South Parrott Avenue, was arrested April 5 by ONTF and charged with possession of fentanyl and possession of alprazolam. Bond was set at $10,000.
