Okeechobee County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Thomas Marvel, 25, Delray Beach, was arrested on Oct. 31 OCSO Deputy I. Sanchez and charged with battery on a firefighter/emergency medical care provider. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Juan Hernandez, 43, 3611 Southeast 36th Terrace, was arrested on Oct. 31 by OCSO Deputy R. Hernandez and charged with DUI and serious bodily injury to another. Additionally he was charged with a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended with knowledge. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Tina Edwards, 54, Southeast 25th Drive, was arrested on Nov. 1 by OCSO Deputy C. Daigneault and charged with grand theft over $300 and robbery/sudden snatching unarmed. Additionally she was charged with a misdemeanor of battery - touch or strike and grand. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Anthony Varnell, 37, Southeast 58th Drive, was arrested on Nov. 2 by OCSO Deputy J. Fairtrace and charged with felony violation of probatio/two counts of aggravated battery on a pregnant person. Additionally he was charged with a misdemeanor of criminal mischief.

• Charles Nixon, 17, Pensacola, was arrested on Nov. 2 by OCSO Deputy D. Rogers and charged with battery on detention or commitment facility staff or a juvenile probation officer. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Jeffory Williams, 56, Southeast 94th Trail, was arrested on Nov. 2 by OCSO Deputy E. Gauroniak and charged with felony violation of probation/ possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.

• Stacey Tyson Jr., 44, Southeast 25th Drive, was arrested on Nov.2 by OCSO Deputy E. Gauroniak and charged with lewd and lascivious indecent assault on a victim under 13 years. Bond was set at $250,000.

• Blake Dill, 32, US 441 Southeast, was arrested on Nov. 3 by OCSO Deputy M. Calcagno and charged with assault/battery with culpable negligence. Bond was set at $35,000.

• Joseph Albritton, 34, Southeast 33rd Terrace, was arrested on Nov. 3 by OCSO Deputy M. Cauley and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Additionally he was charged with a misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,500.

• Walter Fowler, 63, Northeast 17th Avenue, was arrested on Nov. 3 by OCSO Deputy F. Hernandez and charged with felony violation of probation/possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, DUI, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Ronnie Thompson Jr., 49, Southeast 10th Street, was arrested on Nov. 3 by OCSO Deputy J. Timmons and charged with felony violation of probation/aggravated assault with a weapon without intent.

• Dwayne Harris, 39, Okeechobee, was arrested on Nov. 5 by OCSO Deputy F. Hernandez and charged with failure to return hired or leased personal property. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Christopher Delvalle, 37, Southwest 24th Avenue, was arrested on Nov. 6 by OCSO Deputy A. Arana and charged with possession of fentanyl. Additionally he was charged with a misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Andrew MacDonald, 38, Southeast Third Court, was arrested on Nov. 6 by OCSO Deputy A. Almazan and charged with dealing in stolen property and grand theft over $10,00 but under $20,000. Bond was set at $12,500.

• Nikki MacDonald, 38, Southeast Third Court, was arrested on Nov. 6 by OCSO Deputy A. Almazan and charged with dealing in stolen property and grand theft over $10,00 but under $20,000. Bond was set at $12,500.

• Jovanny Armenteros, 33, Weston, was arrested on Nov. 6 by OCSO Deputy K. Kanarick and charged with failure to appear for a felony charge of high speed or wanton fleeing, a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of cannabis less than 20 grams.
