The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Carl Montanye was arrested Feb. 15 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian on an Okeechobee County warrant.
• Barbara Yates, 63, Northwest 21^st Avenue, was arrested Feb. 13 by OCSO Deputy A. Russelburg and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Kayti Ezard, 33, Southeast 25^th Street, was arrested Feb. 14 by OCSO Deputy Rosio Mendez and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and battery. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Rachael Morales, 21, Northwest 42^nd Avenue, was arrested Feb. 14 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian and charged with child abuse and battery. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Jeffrey Mullin, 49, Southwest Ninth Street, was arrested Feb. 16 by OCSO Deputy Karson Reno and charged with possession of methamphetamine and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $10,500.
• Cynthia Tommie, 54, Southwest Third Avenue, was arrested Feb. 15 by ONTF and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, harassing a witness and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Ashley Maldonado Urbina, 19, State Road 70 West, was arrested Feb. 16 by OCSO Deputy Skylar Casian and charged with child abuse, tampering with evidence, assault and retail theft. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Jason Spaulding was arrested Feb. 20 by OCSO and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Alfred Moore, 39, Southwest Seventh Avenue, was arrested Feb. 19 by OCPD Officer Rafael Castaneda and charged with habitually driving without a license. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Dillon Hill, 23, Northwest 18^th Street, was arrested Feb. 21 by OCSO Deputy Karson Reno and charged with fleeing without regard for safety, driving without a license and resisting arrest without violence. Bond was set at $16,000.
