PBSO Arrest Report for the Glades

PALM BEACH COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.

• Stephen Fitzpatrick, 38, West Ave. A, Belle Glade, 38, was arrested Oct. 19 by PBSO and charged with hit and run involving injury, and driving while license suspended habitual offender. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Delores Harvey, 25, Palm Glade Drive, Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 11 by PBSO and charged with cruelty toward child - abuse child without great bodily harm. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Leonel Richard, 21, SW Ave. B, Belle Glade, was arrested Oct. 21 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery - offender knew/should have known victim pregnant. Bond was not set.

• Pierre Jean, 16, SW Fifth St., Belle Glade, was arrested Oct. 21 by PBSO and charged with robbery with firearm, aggravated battery - cause bodily harm or disability, and weapon offense, under 18 years of age unlawful possession of firearm. Bond was set at $200,000.

• Eugene Walker, 53, SW Fourth St., Belle Glade, was arrested Oct. 22 by PBSO and charged with 2 counts of possession or weapon - or ammo by convicted felon, and carrying concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm. Bond was set at $9,000.

• Jontavious Young, 23, Palm Glades Drive, Belle Glade, was arrested Oct. 22 by PBSO and charged with robbery with firearm, obstructing justice - tampering in first degree felony proceeding, aggravated battery - person uses a deadly weapon, and grand theft. Bond was set at $9,000.

• Adolfo Fonseca, 28, Annona Ave., Pahokee, was arrested Oct. 19 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery - offender knew/should have known victim pregnant. Bond has not been set.

• Oneil McGann, 24, Annona Ave., Pahokee, was arrested Oct. 23 by PBSO and charged with battery - commit domestic battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Demetrius Young, 28, Joe Louis Ave., Pahokee, was arrested Oct. 24 by PBSO Oct. 24 and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $1,000.
