Seniors receive laptops at tech boot camp 101

BELLE GLADE — It’s easy to become a tech savvy senior when you begin to learn more about the technology around you. On Friday, Feb. 12 West County Senior Center launched Back to the Basics (tech boot camp 101) for older adults over 65. This step by step course on Zoom, WebEx, Google Meets/Duo, What’s App, et al sophisticated technological platforms teaches older adults how to stay connected during these times on their own mobile devices. Seniors attending the boot camp receive free laptops.
