The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Carmorris Harvey was arrested April 11 by PBSO and charged with 2x possession of weapon - or ammo by convicted Florida felon, marijuana possession over 20 grams, and marijuana possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Johanna Silva was arrested April 11 by PBSO and charged with fraud or impersonate - use of ID of another person without consent. Bond was not set.

• Arthur Humphries was arrested April 12 by PBSO and charged with intimidation - written/electronic threat to kill or bodily harm to another, contempt of court - violation injunction protection domestic violence, aggravated stalking, and 2x probation violation. Bond was not set.

• Clarel Dornevil was arrested April 16 by PBSO and charged with smuggling contraband - marijuana into a county detention facility, and failure to appear. Bond set at $1,000.

• Samuel Tarver was arrested April 16 by PBSO and charged with 2x indecent exposure - exposure of sexual organs second subsequent offense.
