WSE students learn anatomy

CLEWISTON — What’s the best way to understand the difference between the small and large intestine? Why, hands on experience of course, and that’s exactly what Westside Elementary School students engaged in the week of April 8. These little scientists got their hands a little dirty as they learned to identify and understand how organs function. A little bit gross, but a whole lot of fun. Not to mention, an unforgettable way to understand anatomy.
