Family Movie Night planned at Barron Library

Barron Library is pleased to announce they will be hosting a Family Movie Night.

Join them Thursday, Sept. 16,  for a new release family-friendly movie night. Reserve your spot now – space is limited. Bring your Mom, Dad, Grandpa, Grandma, kids, and let them treat you to a fun evening. There will even be popcorn!

The staff is excited to partner with the Literacy Council Gulf Coast to offer English classes to non-English speaking individuals. Classes start Sept. 13, 2021, and will take place on Monday and Wednesday of each week.

Don’t forget about the Chess Club, Sewing Club, and Book Club are all having in-person meetings.

Chess club is a great way to keep your mind sharp and is fun for all ages. They meet every Monday evening from 5 p.m. - 6:30 p,m. No pre-registration is necessary.

The sewing club meets every Monday from 5 – 7 p.m. Seating and machines are limited to six people so pre-registration is necessary. Call the Barron Library to reserve your space today.

Book Club meets on the first Friday of every month at 10 a.m. Book Club selections are posted in the Library and on the Facebook page. Call today to reserve your copy.
